그거 자의 첫 한국 요리하는 음식인데 정말 맛있었요
이거 저의 사용하던 레시피이에요:
2 eggs
200g flour
200ml kimchi juice / sauce
180g kimchi
1 tablespoon groundnut oil
- cut kimchi up into small bits
- put kimchi into a bowl and add flour
- add kimchi juice and eggs into the bowl
- beat untill smooth
- heat up oil in a pan
- pour out a quarter into pan and fry it on both sides for 2mins
- put in kitchen roll to get off access oil
